Hello NightOwl, “”Regardless of the outcome in the IFX case, the MU trial figures to be a full court press on anti trust issues. There may be much more evidence than Mr. Bilow has provided regarding this. If MU has it, a much "tastier" trial on the fraudulent and inequitable conduct of RMBS both at JEDEC and at the PTO may be in the offing for our winter reading pleasure. In any case before this is all over the Justice Department may be "shamed" into taking some action. “” Are you suggesting that Mr. Bilow should introduce the evidence on the monopoly issues that IFX was unable to. Maybe Bilow will do great, the actual damages claimed on those counts were attorney’s fees, and by now we know that they are certainly rich. Regards, ST
