I meant in third world countries, like where you live and in the context of morality and birth control. Science has provided solutions to the problem of birth control in the third world; politicians and self-proclaimed moralists are preventing people from using those solutions. Looking to science for solutions to moral and political questions is useless. That's not what science is for. Science provides tools; it's not the fault of science or scientists if we choose to use the tools badly.
