<font color=red>Neither Trading-places.net nor Pristine.com is registered with securities regulators. While it does not comment on specific cases, the S.E.C. has stated in the past that registration would be required of any person receiving a percentage of commissions or other transaction-based compensation.

- The New York Times

This means that both Trading Places and Pristine are required to register as Investment Advisers. It means that all calls made at these sites are legally Investment Advice. That means that MB Trading/Trading Places and Executioner/Pristine are liable for any and all damages accruing from all stock recommendations at these sites.
