[ed, please read this again in its entirety.] I must have missed that list. Could you please publish the full list of "hundreds of competitors" who have complained about RMBS. Or were you just engaging in a some exaggeration and hyperbole? TIA, Dave Dave, Dave, Dave: How's it hanging? Please don't take this personally, but I find your method here both tiresome and demeaning to anyone reading it. In the first instance, I trust a person, old enough to have money to invest any way, to be capable of reading what I wrote. Thus, I expect them to recognize the difference between saying "hundreds of competitors of MSFT and RMBS are complaining about their practices" and "hundreds of RMBS competitors are complaining about its practices." But I also trust that anyone, investor or not, beyond high school age is capable of perceiving the "facts" of life ...and death, death, death,... in the world of memory without assistance from me and my postings. Contrary to rumor, I am not Carl Bilow. I am not here to rub YOUR nose it it. I will be "satisfied" when the nasal apertures of INTC and RMBS are well and truly buried in the muck.<vbg> If you agree with my "factual" perceptions, great. You win the cupie doll. If you disagree, fine. You win the other cupie doll. Frankly I don't care what you think or believe, and I am not interested in proving to you that more than "200 competitors of RMBS" have complaints against their practices. I take it as a given of course. If one uses the same definition of "competitor" which I do, which would include INTC, RMBS licensees and anyone engaged in the market of memory design, production or use, it would require an application of "reason" that I am flatly incapable of to conclude that there are not thousands of people who would complain of the various routes taken by this Bus. But of course this assumes that we could free the minions of INTC and the licensees from the bondage of their contractual vows of silence. ...Now there's a praise worthy practice if I've ever seen one. I am sure that the licensees and their employees just love being told to keep their traps shut! <Hoo Hoo 8-> ...But I digress. What I am saying is simply this. If you want me to entertain you, you will have to give me some other motivation. This "Don't tell me the sun will rise tomorrow unless you are prepared to produce the sworn statements of P.T. Newal and the preponderance of his physicist peers!" attitude is boring to put it mildly. 0|0
