Well Mike, does it pass the smell test. There is the theory that in many many, hell most ways mr bill was the stupidest that ever was and surrounded himself with like minded stupidest.

I mean after all he did smoke and not inhale and not have sex with that woman. Any other mr. bill girl withhold evidence.
