Well, if you pay the cops to steal, they're going to steal, right? Although how you square this sort of law with the Constitution- -or common law, for that matter- -is beyond me. Maybe JLA can enlighten us.

The only reason the gov't has been able to get away with this so far is because only a small percentage of people have been affected. If that changes.....

This is outrageous and true Americans should be up in arms. Afraid it will not happen though. I do not know what will wake them up. Maybe when they are the victim.
