"Have you ever used multiple aliases simultaneously on SI?"

Ask some of your buddies this question. Actually, you need to rephrase it. It should go something like this, "Have you ever simultaneously used two premium accounts on Silicon Investor?" I am not sure why you make a distinction between Silicon Investor and any other chat site or message board.

Then come back to me with the truthful answer. Provide a link where I discourage people from coming forward TO THE LAW FIRM.
Answer the question of whether THE LAW FIRM AGREED TO TAKE THE CASE.

I will then answer all of your questions.

If the firm hasn't agreed to take the case, then you have no business asking people to pierce their anonymity with their full LEGAL name and other important highly confidential information. This information should only be given to those who can assert a privilege.

By the way, I think I have already answered some of your questions but I am not sure.

Also, it would be helpful if you would confirm that you were speaking on the behalf of the law firm when you said Lisa would never be considered a plaintiff.
