You have never met Tim Luke in person, have you? Therefore, he has no way of being sure, does he? You have NOT answered these eminently fair and reasonable questions specifically and directly yourself. In my eyes, that silence speaks volumes. So if I understand this correctly, you are stating that Lisa is a dishonest plaintiff and you are representing the law firm when you say she will not be allowed to be a plaintiff. Correct? You speak of distortions, this is not only that, but placing words in my mouth that I never uttered. Again, I never have stated that I am representing the law firm. I never stated that I am not. Again, this is too transparent. Many of you in trading have attempted to lure me into shady areas over the past few years. I have not followed the bait. However, in setting obvious traps such as these, you have taught me very clearly how you operate. So now, please go ask those same questions to EVERY SINGLE POSTER ON THIS THREAD...and let's see the responses. I am most curious. Guess what? If it turns out that 95% of the membership of Silicon Investor have been lying and deceiving fellow members through the use of multiple aliases in an effort to give their arguments - or stock picks or companies, for that matter - a greater ring of versimilitude, then 95% of the SI membership shall be barred from the action I am bringing. From the very beginning, I wished to speak with potential plaintiffs who were honest and not abusive of colleagues. Lying to fellow traders in this manner I find a disqualifying activity. And though I am not surprised, I am nevertheless still shocked to see a number of you defending this practice. That is very disappointing. Regards, Olivier (an SI member who is unafraid to post his name for all to see, and if you think that is not meaningful then be aware that an SEC Staff Attorney has been physically threatened during her investigation into these matters.)
