Why do you refuse to answer simple questions which are critical in establishing your motivation here?" Ollie, I have my reasons and it doesn't have a damn thing to due with me being part of brokerage firm or the nature of my answers to the specific questions. It has to do with you and the way you have treated people who have been concerned over various aspects of this POTENTIAL case. Personally, I think you owe candidness to people that are breaking their anonymity with highly personal information. You know, their willingness to provide the information might hinge on whether the law firm has even accepted the case. I don't understand why you need their info anyway if this is not a class action suit. All you need to do is give them the name of the attorney. I don't think you have been forthright so why in the world should I answer your questions. You have been extremely evasive while at the same time requesting personal information. I AM NOT ASKING ANYONE TO SEND ME PERSONAL INFORMATION NOR DO I WANT IT. You won't even tell plaintiffs why you need their LEGAL name, address, phone number, and personal financial information while at the same time you are claiming it isn't a class action. I have told you the conditions upon which I will answer the questions. And I won't answer them on this board until my conditions are met.I have REPEATEDLY said that I will answer your questions IF you answer the three that I asked your OR when everyone who has posted on this thread has answered your questions. In determining honesty, is it your belief that one does not deserve to be a plaintiff if they have posted under more than one alias on this site or any another site. If someone has posted under more than one alias on this site or any other site will you brand them as unworthy of seeking redress for any wrong that has been done to them. Didn't you admit to posting under more than one alias. What was the intent of that? Why do you deserve to be a plaintiff when using more than one alias but everyone else doesn't deserve representation? I think anyone considering divulging information should be aware that you may not be protected just because Ollie thinks you aren't worthy.I have had enough of this Ollie. I have stated my conditions. Just because you ASSUME something from my stated policy on this does not mean you are correct in your assumption.LET ME BE CRYSTAL CLEAR: I 100% FULLY BELIEVE THAT ANY PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION OR INFORMATION ABOUT THIS CASE SHOULD BE GIVEN DIRECTLY TO THE LAW FIRM. I HAVE FOUND OUT INFORMATION FROM SOURCES AND I ABSOLUTELY THINK IT IS CRITICAL THAT ALL COMMUNICATION BE PRIVILEGED. THIS IS NOT SOME TRIVIAL GAME. YOU HAVE SEEN A CLAIM FROM OLLIE THAT AN SEC ATTORNEY HAD HER LIFE THREATENED. I AM NOT DISSUADING ANYONE FROM CONTACTING THE LAW FIRM. HELL, I WOULD GIVE YOU THE NAME RIGHT NOW IF I KNEW IT WOULDN'T HURT THE CASE. I DON'T KNOW WHY IT IS BEING KEPT SECRET AND DON'T WANT TO DIVULGE IT. ANY ASSERTION THAT I AM TRYING TO KEEP ANYONE FROM SEEKING REDRESS IS LUDICROUS. FURTHERMORE, UNLIKE OLLIE, I DON'T PLACE ANY JUDGMENT ON WHO DESERVES TO BE A CLIENT. THAT IS THE LAW FIRM'S DECISION AS TO WHETHER THEY WILL REPRESENT YOU. Now, I have wasted a whole damn precious day on this and am pissed off that I did so. It is one of the most stupidest waste of what little time I had to be somewhere over claims that I am some f'ing broker. Ollie, just leave me the hell alone until such time as you meet the my parameters to answer your questions.
