Hey Carolyn

Sorry to hear that. Have you called your ISP for help reinstalling your connection? They should be able to walk you right through removing and reinstalling the necessary protocols. I've been bailed out several times. Were you successful in removing ZA? Have you tried reinstalling 98 on top of your current setup? Have you tried system file checker? If all else fails you can always wipe everything out and start from scratch. Do you have a recovery cd?
