Zeev, No question it would take a big shift in
Investor psychology and it's something that would take
several years.

What's much more likely is that a new generation of
technology stocks will become hot as tech innovation moves
forward and even if the 2/3 rd's of the current top 20
tech stocks can not recover to the March- Aug 2000 highs, A
new group will become growth favorites and as they rise in
value, the Market cap of these issues will put them
in the leadership of the NDX.

....And since they'll be big growth vehicles they will have
big bull moves with volatile pullbacks.

Thus high implied volatility on the options. That's
more like a 65% confidence interval.
