<font color=red>Why am I not surprised OR Things are not what they seem. To everyone: believe me I have been tempted to tell you about this law firm, but if I did I would be breaking trust. This I cannot do. But please believe me when I tell you that if you have been hurt you are in very safe hands, no matter who tries to scare you away. Consider this: these attacks began in such earnest and so quickly because the law firm's name has been leaked (though not by me). Defendants hearing about who is involved now realize that this is quite serious. It is about time that those who were ruined had some kind of a voice.

"Back off?? Who the hell do you think you're talking to. Be very careful with your threats. You may meet me and have to back them up." Why are you implying that I made a physical threat? I have been very careful to differentiate and have used the word "emotional" harm just so no one would misunderstand and go off on the physical threat diatribe. You can post my private message. I meant what I said. I don't want to have to defend myself or my position but I will if you and Tim and the rest make it necessary. I would hate to see the fall out but so be it if that is what you want. There are many things that I would need to make public in order to fully explain how I became involved in this, and the things that were asked of me, and the things that were promised to me, etc. In my opinion, it would be best to leave them private. But if you want to force the issues then I will defend myself and those who are close to me.
