I have never discouraged anyone from coming forward. I have (and do) discourage people from coming forward with their personal information to YOU. You are not the lawyer in this case and there can be no benefit to THEM, by giving you their personal information.

You seem to have double standards as well. You don't want anybody to be associated with the case that has had more than one alias on SI, yet there are rumors that you posted under more than one alias on another site.

You want people to give you their personal information and to trust you, yet there is strong evidence that you have published information received privately.

You want people to answer your questions, which are not relevant since they are not asking people to trust them, yet you won't answer questions directed to you when it is relevant since you are asking people to trust you with their personal information.

Have you ever accepted payment in any form in relation to stock trading, stock picks, a stock related chat site?

Am I a potential plaintiff? I have stated that I was a member of Market Gems for a short period of time and that I cancelled because I found the service to be useless. I may have legal standing as a potential plaintiff, but I would not be interested in being a plaintiff.
