Dear Michael: If you ONLY KNEW. Its so much worse than people realize. Class action attorneys actually SCHEME together to dream up new ways to get class action status and involve DEEPER POCKETS. It has NOTHING to do with right and wrong, or client reimbursement. Its SOLELY to feather handsomely the law firms pockets. I know, I was there. jdn

Of course you can't sue the military for killing you, idiot. You hand over your life when you enlist. They own you. That's the deal. Signing up with an HMO isn't the same thing at all. Complicated issue but the right-wing has clearly been bought-and-paid-for by that lobby whether they really believe in its cause or not. Anti-consumer pro-industry always. Disgusting.
