With more crowded theators there are fewer places for you to yell FIRE!. Malicious and dangerous activities were illegal at the time the Constitution was adopted and still are. No problem. "And I have not found anything in the Constitution that says that freedom must be diminished as population increases. And you won't, but that doesn't mean it is not an ongoing process." Is this how you justify throwing away the Constitution? Do you understand that the powers of the federal government under this form of government were meant to be limited? Metaphor? Is that how you say "I can't come up with a logical, rational argument that actually hangs together and makes sense."?
