OK. Let's check the words:
Article II.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Now, if your interpretation is correct, why doesn't it read like this:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of those Militiamen to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

But it doesn't. It says "people".

Not only that, but in decision after decision, the Supreme Court has ruled that it MEANS people.

You're wrong. Admit it, get used to it, and move on.
