Enjoy your vacation....I spent 9 or 10 days not even thinking of the stock market.....did wonders to relieve some built up stress.......nothing like some cold brewskies and a fishing pole in hand, to make life seem fun again....of course 8 foot sharks swimming up next to you as you relieve your bladder can cause a slight adrenaline rush....luckily I am very into sharks due to growing up near Montauk Point, and racing jetskis.....most folks are scared shitle$$ if they see a decent sized shark......no offense, but if you aint food, there is only a 1 - 10,000 chance a shark will mess with you....heck, I was trying to get this one black tip about 6 feet to come eat some shrimp out of my hand....naturally, unlike a dolphin who will carefully take the shrip from your hands, sharks strike hard and fast, so you gotta let go of that shrimp or mullet before the strike, or you very well could lose your hand <ggg>....but I managed to come home with all apendages intact <gg>

Hope everybody has a safe and fun 4th....please, if you drink, do yourself and others a favor and do not drive.

keith

Just hearing about your bbq made me hungry.
NAPM is out, a touch higher (story on SI home page). I'm cautiously optimistic the worst might be behind us.
I looked at some historical economic indicator charts over the weekend, many are at levels usually seen at recession lows.
Can't find a doggone thing really worth posting. Very slow news day.
Have a great Fourth and week.
