<Haven't you heard, 3m warned all because of the strong US$ any time now the stong $ policy must be thrown out.>

Try telling that to O'Neill and your boy Bush. In all honesty, Richard, Bush has turned out to be one big liar and has lost his credibility with the vast majority of Americans.

The Gold President? Bush is as hardcore as Clinton when it comes to Gold.

Whatever happened to those campaign promises about a lower dollar?

The political development will be interesting to watch -- O'Neill and the Treasury want to keep the strong dollar, but manufacturers & exporters have influence with this Administration. I wonder how long it will be before their cries of pain are taken seriously?
