i never said you shouldn't buy some gold. i am saying that you should keep your powder dry and not blow your whole wad all at once in case it hits $200.

Also weighing on gold early Monday was renewed weakness in the euro <EUR=> and Australian dollar <AUD=> against the U.S. dollar. A firmer greenback makes gold less affordable to non-dollar consumers and promotes sales by overseas producers.
