John McCain's words may be about history, but they expose his insensitivity to Catholics. His bigotry shows through. He can attack Limbaugh, because Limbaugh finished him off in 2000 by pointing out what a hypocrite he is before many Republicans saw it. After that, he could barely get 25% of the Republican vote in the primaries. So rather than blame himself for being a fool, he'd prefer to blame Limbaugh. But this new revelation of insensitivity for a very large demographic group in our electorate is quite an enlightening new view of this charlatan.

Who will McCain trash next? Hispanics (because of their growing support for Bush)? Blacks (because the House Black Caucaus is asking truly relevant questions about Campaign Finance "Reform")? This man has no scruples about attacking anyone who is imprudent enough to suggest that he is not God...
