Thats not true, in the 70' and early 80's it was cokes glory days and the economy sucked. I believe there is an inverse relation. Drug use goes up when all this people who though t they were such big shots feel small again(thus the need to inflate themselves with some snuff). rental prices in the hamptons are down 30%,
