I agree, but it was the State AG's that prevented a settlement the first time around. They pushed too hard. They pushed for a breakup, or a remedy that was much too harsh.

They're doing it again. The only thing that can resolve this is if the DOJ and MSFT can settle separately, then the AG's fall apart. If it's got to be a DOJ and AG settlement, this is going back to court.
