Please list the securities laws violations you are accusing AREM of. I am sure many people would be interested. I guess my tofu-brain does not understand why you say that the company is afraid of scrutiny, either. But actually, there are a couple of stocks that I own which I believe are very undervalued. I have written to the SEC suggesting that because the market has mispriced them, that there ought to be an investigation. The people who are not buying the stocks that I own that I have determined are factually undervalued - those people should be deposed as to why they are not buying the stocks that I want them to buy. In addition, anyone selling the stocks that are in my IRA should go to jail for selling what I have empirically determined to be undervalued securities. So, I guess if you are short AREM, it is your right to demand similar actions by the government.
