Ken- Thanks for posting the Verizon message. Sorry to hear about your problems but it's good news for infrastructure investors. Trunking is used interchangeably with metro so that's a good thing for me if it's reaching capacity and needs to be upgraded. -MikeM(From Florida)

re trunk failure: Perhaps it could have been the case that there was a general failure in their mobile systems and calls flooded their lines since everyone was trying to see what was happening. Usually the operator doesn't say that they have screwed up.
