A sad day indeed Whom do we sue? Sure looks like Zagoren made out like a bandit. No liability as a consultant, and he walks away cleanly with all the PNL-TV equipment and programming for free - all paid for by PNLK and their investors. And since there is no PNLK now, they don't have to share revenues with anybody else. Who gets to keep what is left of the MTL? I think PNL-TV, the MTL (probably nothing there) should all be liquidated and proceeds distributed to the current and former shareholders who stuck with this POS for the last three years. I would not be surprised if some new company pops up (like Vidium Broadcast Network) with all the PNLK assets and they start the scam all over again, with more empty promises and pumps. I really hope JPC and Zagoren go to jail over this scam they pulled.
