I have no knowledge of this particular incident, but I did see Rush's interview of Hillary Clinton a few years back. He seemed quite nervous and shaken to come face-to-face with the formidable woman he had said so many terrible things about. I got the definite impression that Rush Limbaugh is not particularly brave. So the story sounds plausible to me.
