According to the archives here, I figure the Fowler/Harmond road show average cost in CMRC must be close to $200 ps...unless you've been averaging down, and not telling us. Btw It looks as if SAP will end up owning CMRC for less than $10 ps >On the dowside Commerce One (CMRC: news, msgs, alerts) gave up ground, falling 10 percent to $5.25. Legg Mason's Weller lowered his rating on the e-business software firm to "market performance" -- essentially a hold rating -- from "buy." Last Friday, Commerce One warned that it would fall short of second-quarter projections. "The company lacks stability in revenue. It's gone from $210 million in sales in the fourth quarter down to $170 [million] in the first quarter, and now it'll do $100 [million] to $120 million -- that's not a positive trend," said Weller. "We're waiting for the trend to stabilize." Indeed, until there is a positive trend, the gains will be limited, according to UBS Warburg's Coburn.
