Recovery not until fall of 2002. As I have stated in the past we will not be able to create the Internet build out, and or the Communication network buildouts from 96-2000. IPO market is DEAD! Too much inventory, no buyers, too much of everything in tech! I see no reason to buy anything TECH for long term, but only a trade. I am currently putting my bear suit back on as many now are expecting the SUMMER RALLY! I have loaded up on OSX stocks for the next 3 months and now I am starting to nibble at shorts again!! NASD is a SCAM!! look at the bottom line we should be trading at 1100-1600 range not 1600-2300 range, so what will give?? Good luck all!! I sold CORVIS! and CRA!! Only long OSX
