Under terms of the deal, the final per share price will range from $6 to $20 and be determined by IKOS' revenue, change in backlog, and profit before tax for the 12-month measurement period ending June 30, 2002. IKOS Systems (IKOS) 7.19 -0.17: -- Update -- Company warns for Q3; sees loss of $0.45-0.50 vs. current EPS estimate of $0.08.
