SiS 645 is expected to feature support for PC1600/2100 DDR SDRAM and have AGP4X and ATA100 support. The 645 may well also feature SiS's Multi-threaded I/O link which provides a bandwidth of 1.2GB/s between the North and South bridges of the single-chip solution.
