The 645 may well also feature SiS's Multi-threaded I/O link which provides a bandwidth of 1.2GB/s between the North and South bridges of the single-chip solution. ALi M1661 chipset for Intel Pentium 4 is expected to be announced in Q3, with production ready for Q4.
