You want confusion, you get confusion: H Power (HPOW) up 13.65% after hours, here's all I could find: 1. They got initiated coverage by Golden Capital Securities (????) with a buy rating 2. They announced an EXTENSION of one of their beta models, spinning it that they have the opportunity to gather additional crucial data. In the real world, when you extend a beta test, it usually means the results are not to your liking... Can anyone please explain this to me, I'm confused!!!!lol
