i know Hays, and everybody else, is looking up. and yet, the market keeps going down. tell me when he turns bearish.

the latest Investor's Intelligence poll had 50% bulls and a measly 26% bears, one of the worst bull/bear ratios of the whole year. where's the pessimism, the fear? just because the TRIN is high we're supposed to be bullish? i can assure you, although there was no TRIN calculation back then, it was high all the way from 1930 to 32....the comparison is valid, since this is the first deflationary bear market since then.
