correction:

Toshiba and Samsung see RDRAM % jumping to 26% next year and leveling off there.

They both see it jumping to 18% next year, and then 24-26% in 2003, with Samsung allowing for another 17% of the market to go either way -- DDR or RDRAM, so Samsung thinks that RDRAM could conceivably be 41% of the market in 2003.

Toshiba sees RDRAM leveling off at the 26-28% level through 2005.
