Thanks for the feedback and the link! I opened the file in Word, and it has a lot of "garbage" data (Data that is unimportant to me), and I was hoping against hope to be able to generate a mailing list without a lot of work. I don't see how to do that in Word. I've never used 1-2-3. I opened the file in Excel and had a lot of separate fields show up in a cell, and each cell seemed to contain multiple fields. Just trying to find an easier way to do this! Timba
