The risks in this market are very great with VIX, VXN and QQV down to extremely low levels. True these do not enable one to time the market precisely, but they do smack of extreme complacency. When this rally does break down -- whether this weak or later in July -- I am looking for a steep drop back towards the lows in both the NAZ and the S&P. The VIX will be closer to 40 and maybe a lot higher when the final trough is made.
