CMGI has failed , thus the reverse must be golden

I see, and that must be predicated off the wild success that all the companies that had other side of the deal from CMGI experienced... oh, wait.

Meanwhile, HOTJ ($2.22/shr cash), trading under $3 at the bottom, and at $8 just a week ago, gets taken out north of $12. Looks to me like the "you'll take a pitiful premium half-paid in stock in our cipher of a company, and you'll like it" side of the GENI business model has some dissenting evidence as well.
