Tellabs (TLAB) was added to the PIC list this week by Value Line as they changed the Timeliness rating to #5 for this Highest Growth Stocks listed stock.

It's being added to the list at last Friday's closing price of $19.38 which purchases 515+ shares or $10,000 worth for the Buy and Hold investor. I'll be using 60% invested and 40% Cash Reserves for it in the AIM account.
