I agree with you about Noriega. I think he was shut up on purpose. Someone I know has a video tape of Panamanian citizens being murdered by Americans in Panama. She was in the Navy at the time and is scared for her life right now.
Another person I knew was in the FBI and got shipped to Panama cause he spoke Spanish and was a drug expert.

Something is quite rotten about the whole affair in Panama.
