Art,
Yes it's true that under five and its a cash stock, however a stock must be marginable to be shorted so some times a stock with a higher price will be placed on Datek's no margin list. Two of my holdings were on the no margin list yesterday and have been removed today. One @ 17.25 and other @ 19.67
