It is more common for the stem cells or bone marrow to be taken from the individual and given back to them - this is not a transplant, and is more accurately called a `rescue.' <<You need embryonic stem cells because they are more potent than adult stem cells, you poor excuse for an ameba!>> So when they take these cells from the individual, how is that using embryonic stem cells?
