Ching's price target is $73. Based on ML research guidelines, Ching would have to either raise the price target or downgrade the stock if it climbs above $66.37. (Of course, that assumes that he adheres to the guidelines.)

The last time Ching set a price target for QCOM was in Nov 99. Over the next couple months, he kept recommending QCOM even when it was trading at about triple his price target.
