Eugene I disagree, I think this will bouy the stock, but the economy is getting worse, despite what you hear on TV. Cell phones sales is what drive Qcom's price . The deal with NOK was inevitable, in my opinion The nextwave situation from a business standpoint is far more important, because if they build out 3G will be implimented faster and earnings will hit the botom line faster. JMHO
