No. All Mike says is that 0.13u P4's are slated to be released in Q4, and that P3's are going away. It doesn't say anything about stopping the production of 0.18u P4's. Those can continue to be made at the 0.18u Fabs, replacing the P3 volumes, to fill holes at the slower speed grades, while Fab20, and later, the new 0.13u Fab22, can fill in all the orders for the higher speed P4's.
