sorry putz, quote the line in the report and state where ikts false by offering contradictory evidence. I left out lots of things Im not obligated to put everything in existance about SLPH in a report. I left out all the shady dealings of walker and teh transfer agent I left out teh stock scheme gunnerman described to us in person. I left out a lot of things.. You havent disproved anything about the report

The report: one observation I don't really see anything in klxxx's report that shows that tony presented knowingly false information. Sure, there are some small not l00% accurate numerical discrepencies and he didn't show absolutely everything for both sides of the story, but I don't see any outright lies here. I also still think slph is probably a scam based on everything presented and my review of the press releases and SEC docs. Semantics cannot save slph. Just one point of view. Anyone need to search legal docs, try these links. You have to pay though. 7 cents a page for pacer. pacer.psc.uscourts.gov courtlink.com knowx.com <~~~not too hot
