12:44 ET QUALCOMM (QCOM) 63.40 +5.53 (+9.5%): -- Update -- CSFB views agreement with Nokia as a positive for QCOM as it clears a roadblock on the path for 3G licensing and secures annuity streams from the handset share market leader. Looking forward, expects stock to track closely with to 3G milestones, as they are either achieved or delayed. Maintains Hold rating b/c of near-term earnings risk due to the economy and inventory overhang. However, believes this announcement sets the tone for a more positive longer-term outlook.
