NEW YORK (Dow Jones)-- Chromatics Color Sciences International Inc. (CCSI)
received a determination letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market saying that the
company failed to comply with the minimum bid price requirement for continued
listing and that its securities are therefore subject to delisting from the
Nasdaq SmallCap market.
In a press release Tuesday, the company said it has appealed the determination
and requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel.
The company's hearing request has stayed the delisting of its securities
pending the panel's decision.
Chromatics Color develops technologies and intellectual properties in the
color science field.
Chromatics Color recently traded at 17 cents, up 1 cent, or 6.3%, on Nasdaq
volume of 1.2 million shares. Average daily volume is 167,895.
