Please don't tell me you are fed up with me<ggg>

Never! This is a great day for the wireless industry and with an approximate 10:1 portfolio ratio on the QCOM side between Q and NOK, couldn't be more pleased.

It is now even more in QCOM's best interest to foster an expeditious rollout of WCDMA, and when the market develops for multi-mode MSM's, it is in QCOM's (or Spinco's) best interest to cut NOK a helluva long-term deal on purchases.

Question for JGoren: John, isn't there a bunch of GSM-related IPR that isn't NOK's to x-license? (rhetorical question, but even with TI and NOK deals, suspect there are some GSM IPR holes yet to be Philled.)

Would also seem to me that whatever IPR of value (may be none) that IDC was working on for NOK has been x-licensed to QCOM, no?

Not you.

You're the thread mascot, tech specialist, and head nitpicker.
