So it's a no brainer, eh? Hang a CDMA sign on the front door and collect your cash?

The "assets" are clear, the funding will follow.

Sprint PCS assets are clear also, yet they're struggling to acquiring funding. I wonder what NextWave has that PCS doesn't?

Chaz,
QUALCOMM just announced stepping out of Globalstar( $500M ). I think they could put that money to better use EXPANDING their investment in NEXTWAVE. I think the R.O.I would be a little better and less risky. Also, maybe we can get Globalstar at fire sale prices later....
