For me I'm more than happy with what your doing now, if you do include more may
I suggest that they have a lot of volitility. :-)

When the market is all muddy and swampy like now I tend to just hold the QQQ
short then buy and sell it to go from boxed, to net short, to boxed again
until I can see some sort of trend or strong sign.

It's legal as the QQQ don't have a down tick rule, the only advantage is
the time it saves in checking for shares to borrow.
That and there have been times in a strong down turn that I couldn't get
shares to short .
The disadvantage is that I don't make Money Market rates on the long
side of my box.

I'll do some more work on the ratio of shares out and see if I can post
something that looks more clear than what I've got so far.
