I know it is a couple of days later, but I wanted to thank you for your shared insight on how to open and use the .DAT files. I have not responded sooner because of a combination of the Holiday and having gone through 2500 entries on the on database (I still have about 90,000 entries to sift through). What I still need help on is how to get a form letter and envelopes from the Excel format. I suspect I would have to change file types but I still need help here. Thanks again! Timba
